Our Services
IMPACT-core's main goal is to coordinate the implementation of functional precision cancer medicine, which includes all the steps for developing pre-clinical models and sample processing for downstream molecular analysis.
Our services include:
- DNA/RNA sample processing and Quality Control (Fresh Frozen and FFPE)
- Establish patient-derived tumor Organoid (PDO), Xenograft (PDX) models, and cell lines
- Multiplex tumor and immune microenvironment evaluation
- Drug testing on Patient-Derived models and ex-vivo patient tumors.
* The establishment attempt of patient-derived models is solely for patients participating in biobanks with approved Research Ethics Board (REB). Please contact the core for more information.
